Privacy and transparency notice
This page explains the data flow for consultation requests, Living Discovery, cookieless measurement, email notifications and Living Insight.
Controller and contact
The service is presented under the Smartsphere Future Homes brand. Privacy and record requests can be sent to info@smartsphere.tr. The controller's full legal name and service address will be published when the company structure is finalised; this version therefore does not claim to be a final statutory notice.
Information and purpose
Name, email, consultation type, note, selected language, source page, consent time and—only when the form is submitted—Discovery answers are recorded to assess and respond to the request. Sensitive information is not requested. The form is not consent to marketing or newsletters.
Living Discovery and Living Insight
Answers normally remain in temporary browser state until the consultation form is submitted. If you separately choose Generate Living Insight, only ten preference codes are sent to Smartsphere's same-origin decision engine and processed in memory. Name, email and note are not processed in this flow; no external AI provider receives the data and the result is not stored in Smartsphere's database.
Measurement, access and providers
Smartsphere application analytics uses cookieless aggregate events without storing an IP address or persistent device identifier in the application database. The hosting and security provider Cloudflare may set short-lived, strictly necessary anti-abuse cookies such as __cf_bm; these are not used for Smartsphere analytics or profiling. Authorised Smartsphere administrators have access. Hosting runs the service and the internal Living Insight engine. Email notifications may involve international processing; no separate third-party AI provider is used for Living Insight.
Retention
Consultation records are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation 12 months after the last interaction. If a project, contract, dispute or legal duty arises, only the necessary records may be kept for the applicable mandatory period. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the reason for processing ends.
Your requests
For information, access, correction, deletion, objection or other applicable rights, email info@smartsphere.tr with your reference number. Requests are assessed after identity verification.
