Validate a representative unit
Test scenarios, installation assumptions, manual use and failure behaviour before rolling a design across more units. A pilot is a validation step, not a sales metric.
Plan handover as part of the product
Clarify documentation, training, access transfer and support ownership. Service levels and warranties are agreed in the project contract, not implied by the website.
